アラームや時刻関係のテストをするときは、毎回、設定画面から時刻を変更していたのでは効率が悪いですね。
こういうケースでは、ADB経由での時刻変更が便利です。

ガイドライン対訳 提出前にすべきこと （７つのポイント）
１．クラッシュ（異常終了）しないようによくテストする。
（訳注 クラッシュするアプリはリジェクトされます。）
２．アプリ内のデータと、メタデータ（アイコン、アプリ説明文、タイトル、などすべてのアプリに関する情報）が適切であることを確認する。
３．（訳注 Appleから開発者へ連絡する際の）開発者への連絡先が正しいことを確認する。
４．Appleのレビュアー（貴方のアプリを審査する人）が全機能を使えるようにテスト用のログインIDを用意すること。
５．レビューに必要なサーバーを立ち上げておくこと。
（訳注 審査に出す瞬間には、サーバー側のアプリも完成していなくてはいけないということ。）
６．わかりにくい機能は備考欄に説明を書くこと。地域制限のため、Appleのレビュアーがテストできない機能は、動画リンクを貼ってレビュアーにその機能を説明すること。
（訳注 つまり、地域制限によりレビュアーが触れない機能がある場合でも審査に出せるということ）
（訳注 地域制限とは、たとえば、ある美術館内でしか動かない機能など。）
７．このガイドラインだけでなく、Appleの他のガイドラインも守っていること。

To help your app approval go as smoothly as possible, review the common missteps listed below that can slow down the review process or trigger a rejection.
This doesn’t replace the guidelines or guarantee approval, but making sure you can check every item on the list is a good start.
If your app no longer functions as intended or you’re no longer actively supporting it, it will be removed from the App Store.

アプリの質が高くないとAppStoreには置けません。
アプリには言論の自由がありますが、その限度を超えている場合はリジェクトします。
限度とは「見ればわかる」（I’ll know it when I see it）という判定基準を使用します。
