Don’t use protected third party material such as trademarks, copyrighted works, or patented ideas in your app without permission, and don’t include misleading, false, or copycat representations, names, or metadata in your app bundle or developer name.
Apps should be submitted by the person or legal entity that owns or has licensed the intellectual property and other relevant rights and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app.
アプリに使う全てのコンテンツの使用許可を得ていること。得てない場合はリジェクトします。

Make sure your app only includes content that you created or that you have a license to use.
Your app may be removed if you’ve stepped over the line and used content without permission.

AndroidStudioの過去バージョンは公式サイトの以下のバージョンから入手できます。
しかし古すぎるバージョンはダウンロードできなくなっているみたいです。

落としたモジュールは各自で保管しておきましょう。後に公式サイトから落とせなくなる可能性もありますから。
第三者のサイトから過去バージョンを落とすのは絶対にやめましょう。
XcodeはそれでXcodeGhostというスパムアプリ騒ぎが発生しています。
位置情報を使って車や飛行機を動かしてはいけない。ただしドローンや小型のおもちゃは許可する。
位置情報を収集、送信するまえにはユーザーの同意が必要。

5.1.5 Location Services
Use Location services in your app only when it is directly relevant to the features and services provided by the app.
Location-based APIs shouldn’t be used to provide emergency services or autonomous control over vehicles, aircraft, and other devices, except for small devices such as lightweight drones and toys, or remote control car alarm systems, etc.
Ensure that you notify and obtain consent before collecting, transmitting, or using location data.
If your app uses location services, be sure to explain the purpose in your app; refer to the Human Interface Guidelines for best practices on doing so.
子供向けアプリは各国の法律や保護法に従ってください。
「子供の生年月日」や「保護者の連絡先」を求めるのは法律で必要な場合のみ。
年齢が子供だからといって、アプリが機能しないのはいけない。
子供の個人情報を収集するアプリはプライバシーポリシーを用意すること。

情報収集は、ペアレンタルゲートだけでなく、保護者の同意が必要。
ウィルス、マルウェア、悪意のある アプリ 、不正なアプリ、バグだらけのアプリ などが AppStore に存在する場合、 通報 したくなりますよね。AndroidのPlayStoreの場合なら通報もかんたんなのですが、AppStoreは通報先がちょっと分かりづらい場所にあります。
通報先が無いわけではなくて、ちゃんと存在していますのでiOS でもiPad OS でも通報することができますので、そのご紹介です。
臨床検査を行うアプリは、独立した倫理審査委員会の承認を得る必要がある。
Appleからの要求があれば、その証拠を出さねばいけない。

臨床調査を行う場合は、a〜e(期間、目的、手順、利点、データの利用目的、連絡先、やめる手順、等)の同意を得ること。未成年の場合は、親や保護者の同意が必要。

(a) nature, purpose, and duration of the research;
(b) procedures, risks, and benefits to the participant;
(c) information about confidentiality and handling of data (including any sharing with third parties);
(d) a point of contact for participant questions; and
(e) the withdrawal process.
