ZipArchive(PHP)で作成したZIPファイルにおいて、Linux or macOS 環境では文字化けしませんが、Windowsでは日本語が文字化けが発生することがあります。

ここのバージョンが違うとエラーが出るらしい。つながってるときもあったのだけど…

原因
おそらくインストールされていません。oilコマンドのインストールと同じく、環境構築時に失敗しているのかもしれません。
古い書籍ですから仕方ないといえば仕方ないですね。
macOSでzip解凍時に「エラー22 引数が無効です」と表示される
書籍『土日でわかるPHPプログラミング教室』の donichi_samplesource_ver2.0.zip で発生しました。

それ以外のZIPは展開できたんですけど、これはエラーが出ました。

- 公式アドレスが変わってます。
- 書籍ではWindowsを対象としていたが、公式サイトに行けばmac用の手順書が置いてあるので、macユーザーでも作業できます。
- FuelPHPの開発環境を手っ取り早く作るのには、とても素晴らしい書籍。
- コラムが素晴らしい。プログラミング学習についてのコツが的を射ている。
- 環境が古くなりすぎていて、当初は動いたが今は動かないという所が多い。
